This Shipping Policy explains how and when Swigable products are shipped, including important information about pre-orders, delivery timelines, and international shipping.
 
ORDER FULFILMENT

Swigable products are shipped directly from approved manufacturing and fulfilment partners. Orders are processed once products are ready for dispatch. For pre-orders, fulfilment begins once production is complete.
 
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Many Swigable products are offered on a pre-order basis. Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing timelines, supply chain factors, customs processing, or logistics issues. Customers will be notified by email with updates regarding expected shipping timelines. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
Available shipping locations and costs will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to update available destinations at any time.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, order size, and delivery method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Swigable is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
 
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at social@swigable.com with your order details. We will work with our fulfilment partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
 
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Swigable is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
